Looking for an exciting summer experience for your school age child? The YMCA Summer Enrichment Program offers nine weeks of discovery and hands on learning. Each week a different theme engages children in a fun filled journey of experiential learning. A great fit for a child who enjoys science, art, and creative exploration. Mornings are spent diving into theme filled activities and the afternoons are full of recreation and play. A daily fun swim in the small pool and a fieldtrip complete each exciting week.

June 23rd-27th	Animal Expedition	Campers will journey into the jungle , explore the Amazon, and trek through North America on an animal adventure of a lifetime.	Beardsley Zoo (Friday)
June 30th—July 3rd * closed July 4th	Mad Science	Roll up your sleeves and get elbow deep in  slime, ooze, gak, and other icky and sometimes edible concoction.,	Mad Science Class and Walking Fieldtrip
July 7th—11th	Crafting Through the Continents	Take a trip around the world to discover  the art and crafts of different cultures.   Create your own diverse collection during this busy week of crafting fun.	Pequot Museum and Pow Wow (Thursday)
July 14th-18th	Adventures in Food and Fitness	Lace up your sneakers and get out your cookbook!  This week is all about fitness fun, cooking, and activities that encourage healthy lifestyles.	Rock Cats Game (Monday )
July 21st-25th	Out of this World Voyagers	To infinity and beyond is where we will travel this week to learn about planet earth and the universe.   The sky is the limit and time travel possible this exciting week!	Peabody Museum Tour and Special Class (Friday)
July 28th—Aug 1st	I Spy Detectives & Fun with Forensics	Our younger campers will test their skills as detectives investigating crimes, solving puzzles, and finding missing gems.  The older campers will become CSI agents investigating mock crimes while learning about forensic science. Aug 4th-8th	Lights, Camera, Action	Auditions will begin for the next YMCA superstar.  This star spectacular week will have children learning the craft of dramatic arts.	Movies (Friday) and Walking Trip to Oddfellows Playhouse
Aug 11th-15th	Mysteries of the Deep	Explore the exciting undersea world through games, crafts, and activities that encourage investigation and examination of the oceans habitat.	Maritime Museum (Friday)
